Pot Magnets
Pot magnets are neodymium magnets encased in a steel pot. The steel pot concentrates the magnetic force in one direction, which means that pot magnets are typically stronger than magnets without a metal pot. Pot magnets must be in direct contact with a surface as even a small distance will greatly reduce the holding power. However, once the pot magnet is in full contact with the surface, you will be surprised how difficult it is to remove!
